How the group operates
Four divisions, one management, one area
The group was not assembled by buying companies. INTERGAJ started every division itself and runs every one of them itself.
One head office
All four divisions are run from the same head office on Ive Andrića in Bijeljina. No separate managements, and nothing standing between the owners and the work.
One area
INTERGAJ operates across one area: Bijeljina, Dvorovi and Ugljevik. Its customers, staff and suppliers are all from here.
In-house production
INTERGAJ designs and builds its own buildings, and raises livestock, field crops and fruit on the salaš. What the group produces, it produces itself.
History
How the group came together
The company was founded in the 1990s by people with long experience in manufacturing, retail and services. It began in trade and expanded step by step into residential construction, the auto centre, farming, and a centre for farming and building supplies.
INTERGAJ now employs more than a hundred people from the Semberija region. Every division is run from the same head office on Ive Andrića in Bijeljina, with the auto centre also operating in Ugljevik.
